The purpose of this kit is to clear the tunnel and be able to run with deeper lugs.
This is how it should look.
The kit comes with 2 bearing pocket inserts, machined off center to allow the drive shaft to sit lower. The thinner end should be at the bottom. Also the bearing is flush on one side, this side faces out.
Replace your stock drive pulley with this 30 tooth pulley. This will clear for the drive shaft, and give you 20% more speed
Glue the sides of the bearing Pocket.
Also glue the top of the inside portion of the insert. Use plastic safe glue.
When gluing, position the bend toward the track.
Clamp the extenders after Gluing, let sit for 24 hours.

We are now going to burn some starter holes to drill thru. Heat the head of a nail with a heat gun.

Burn location starter holes.
Drill through with a .060 bit.
Insert 2-56 x 3/8 screws to hold the extender in place.

All screw heads should be aligned with grove in drive pulley. Studs are 3/8 PH screws.
Cut out 1/2 x 1/2 square from the frame, this will make it easier to install new drive drive pulley.
Clear mounting holes on the on the frame.
This will allow you to adjust the small belt. Also clear the pan..
The lug extensions should be installed first.
